How early may I start setting up for the show?
The doors open at 7am for set up.
May I park my vehicle in the loading area for the duration of the show?
No, you will need to move your vehicle as soon as you unload. It is a fire lane and you will be ticketed if your vehicle is left unattended. Also because of limited space, it would be best to rotate vehicles through the area as quickly as possible so that all crafters have a chance to unload near the doors. You can park in one of the side lots.
May I hand out fliers for this show at my other shows?
Definitely! Send an email with your shipping address and I will mail you out some fliers right away.
Are tables included in the booth price?
No, you must provide your own tables. We do have some that can be rented at an additional price.
Would it be possible to share a booth with a friend?
Sure, as long as you mention this on your application. Please tell us what kind of handmade items each of you will be selling when you submit your application. When you arrive at the show, please be sure to stay within the bounds of your booth space.
Will there be helpers for unloading and loading?
Not currently, but if this is important to you, please send us feedback! I myself have attended other shows where nonprofit organizations have provided assistance in return for donations. If there is demand for this, we can look into implementing something similar.
Is electricity included in the booth price?
No, electricity must be rented at an additional charge.
Is there internet service available?
Unfortunately the high school does not have free WIFI. To process credit cards or other online services, your best option is to use your own cell service. Availability will depend on your carrier’s coverage.
